Ice and Beer

The long-vacant, former Mt. Washington Ice & Beer building was constructed in the early 20th century and most recently served as a local pony keg until its closing several years ago. The building was saved by the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation and was redeveloped alongside multiple organizations to bring it together for Sebastian Coffeehouse.

More than just a coffee shop, Sebastian Coffeehouse serves coffee, pastries, and light bites while creating a welcoming space for neighbors to gather and connect.
