The Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation (MWCDC) is a non-profit that focuses holistically on the neighborhood business district, housing, and green infrastructure to nurture and advance our diverse and inclusive community through sustainable growth for all.

MWCDC advances this mission through three key focus areas:

• Business District Vitality

  Strengthening Mt. Washington’s neighborhood business district by supporting existing businesses and attracting new investment that enhances the community’s character and economic health

• Housing & Neighborhood Stability

  Promoting a balanced housing mix that supports property values, affordability, and long-term neighborhood resilience

• Connectivity & Community Access

  Advancing safe, multimodal connections within Mt. Washington and to regional destinations through improved walkability, transit access, and connections to parks and trails like the Little Miami Scenic Trail
