Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation (MWCDC) is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2015, after watching similar Community Development Corporations throughout Cincinnati help their neighborhoods thrive.
MWCDC was established on three main pillars:
Improve the Beechmont Avenue Business District
Connect Stanbery Park to the Little Miami Trails
Strategically improve the housing stock
